We make brand, marketing and corporate films for some of the biggest companies in the UK. We think we’re pretty good at it – and we’ve even won a few awards; so we’re not just blowing our own trumpet. We always strive to make the most interesting, effective and creative content possible – and have fun whilst we’re doing it.
But rather than tell you what it’s like to work at Paradigm, we thought we’d show you
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a creative producer to join our busy team in Huddersfield – we think it’s the centre of the universe, plus there’s plenty of parking, an office dog and a wall full of vintage cameras.
You’ll be right in the centre of the action; liaising with clients through the production process, contributing to creative solutions with the rest of the team, managing and co-ordinating resource to get content delivered on budget and on time.
We need someone who’s hungry to learn and to keep progressing their craft, staying on top of developments and technology within the industry so new and exciting solutions can be brought to bear whenever appropriate.
We need someone who’ll get equally excited about an amazing creative idea, as they will about the clear and detailed plan for delivering it. You’ll be commercially aware; with the ability to effectively deliver against a client’s brief and help them achieve their goals in a way which manages their budget effectively.
We’re a busy bunch taking projects from brief through creative concept to delivering shoots, post-production editing, motion graphics, visual effects, live-stream and event videos. You’ll be able to demonstrate that you’ve got experience working across a broad range of projects.
We need a great team player; able to manage and co-ordinate teams of varying sizes to make sure we keep putting out great work. You’ll have the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and passionately so that everyone is aligned on each job. You’ll need the ambition and drive to want to deliver the best project each and every time whilst helping us to grow.
A keen eye for detail is essential. You’ll be an expert in making sure all the bases are covered; that the right crew are booked and briefed for every job. That props, talent and locations are sourced and cleared, and that music, voice artists and post-production is aligned.
For all the experience we’ve already got in the business, we’re always looking to improve what we do and how we do it – so someone who’s got a range of experience they can bring to bear, and the confidence to speak up and share that experience with the rest of the team is essential.
What we’re offering
We offer a flexible working environment, 25 days holiday, generous pension contribution and a competitive salary for the right person. Oh – and there’s free fruit and a part-time office dog…
