Challenge
After running a packed event series for many years, WIRED didn’t want to let a pandemic get in the way this time round. They asked us to help them take WIRED Health Tech 2020 online to a live audience around the world.

Approach
We knew we had to find a way to bring the usual excitement and buzz of the event to people’s screens. We worked with WIRED to create a live studio production direct from Kings Place, complete with a virtual greenroom for speakers.
Outcome
From fireside chats to insightful presentations and panels, 500 digital delegates were invited to explore the latest in healthcare technology from the comfort and safety of their own homes and offices. Speakers joined from the USA, Rwanda and Europe, and the line-up even included scientists directly involved in the work to deliver a COVID-19 vaccine.
